Account information
When you sign in with Google, Lumios receives your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information, including your display name. Lumios uses this information to authenticate you and associate your account with your subscriptions, credentials and usage. Google sign-in does not grant Lumios access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts.
When you use an email sign-in link, Lumios processes your email address and a temporary sign-in proof to verify the request. Essential browser cookies keep your session signed in and protect the sign-in flow.
Service usage and security
Lumios processes account and subscription identifiers, API credentials, usage counters and operational information needed to provide endpoints, enforce plan limits, investigate failures and protect the service. Infrastructure providers may also process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata for routing and security.
RPC and streaming requests can contain blockchain addresses, transaction identifiers and transaction payloads. Do not include wallet seed phrases, private keys or unrelated personal information in requests or support messages. Information you submit to a public blockchain may be publicly accessible independently of Lumios.
Wallet payments
For a wallet payment, Lumios processes the public wallet address, transaction identifier, amount and payment intent needed to confirm the payment and update your subscription. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be removed from the blockchain by Lumios.
You approve payments in your wallet. Lumios does not ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key. Wallet connection is used for payment.
Service providers
Lumios uses Google for Google sign-in, Resend for sign-in email delivery, Cloudflare for network delivery and security, and hosting providers to operate the application and infrastructure. Information required for those functions is processed by those providers under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to investigate abuse, protect account security or establish and defend legal rights.
Storage, security and retention
Lumios uses access controls and private service connections to protect account information and credentials. No storage or transmission method guarantees complete security.
Account, usage, security and payment records are retained as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Temporary sign-in proofs expire. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it is needed; this notice does not promise a single deletion period for every record. Public blockchain records remain outside Lumios’s control.
Your choices and requests
You can sign out and manage available credentials in your account. Essential sign-in cookies are required to maintain an authenticated session. You can contact Lumios to request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information, or to ask about its use. Requests may require identity confirmation and are handled subject to applicable rights and retention obligations.
